"I am a UEFA 'B' Licence Holder, an extremely passionate, highly motivated, enthusiastic, committed/reliable individual, with a strong desire to pursue a career in the Football Industry as a football coach/manager. Throughout my 20+ playing career (Cardiff City Academy, Loughborough University, Leicester City Reserves) and now as a football coach I have developed essential skills with the Football Association Wales (FAW) like; Leadership, Communication, Organisation to lead and delivering high-quality football sessions, developing players all round football knowledge, with the principles of play; e.g. Breaking lines, Final third, Creating Overloads and Switching play.
I’m able to build a rapport with the players which is one of my major strengths.
