My commitment to developing footballers extends beyond the pitch, as I carefully guide them through the critical stages of their footballing journey, ensuring they are always poised to progress to the next level.
Academy Development
I have meticulously developed a specialised Academy programme. This invitation-only programme is available to both boys and girls aged 6 to 14 years who are already participating in junior football clubs.
In the Academy, emphasis is placed on developing individual skills and enhancing game awareness through small-sided games. I work from a unique syllabus and bespoke curriculum that is more advanced than our regular development centres. This approach effectively challenges participants, pushing their skills to the next level.
Elite Opportunities
Players in our Elite programme are given an unrivalled opportunity to transcend the usual expectations. I ensure that they receive advanced coaching in line with professional standards, but with an approach that reduces pressure, allowing them to thrive under the best possible conditions.
Furthermore, by maintaining a lower coach-to-player ratio of 1:14, I ensure that each player receives more one-on-one development time, which is critical for fine-tuning their skills and preparing them for professional assessments.
Progression to Professional Clubs
I have forged strong relationships with esteemed football clubs to offer seamless progression to professional grounds. UEFA Elite Coaching is connected with prestigious clubs such as Leicester City FC, Aston Villa FC, Notts County FC, Birmingham City FC, and West Brom FC.
Players who exhibit exceptional talent and progress through our Academy and Elite tiers will have the chance to be noticed. Moreover, with official Leicester City Academy scouts attending weekly sessions, I proudly declare that the path towards elite football is well within reach for those who demonstrate a dedicated work ethic and the requisite skills.
International Opportunities
